Meeting Rooms
Main Lodge
The Main Lodge is the heart of Timber Bay Camp. There are multiple options for groups to gather.
Great Room in the main lodge can accommodate up to 100 people, and is ideal for large group gatherings. Includes large overhead screen, video projector, 16 channel sound system, Wi-Fi access, portable stage, and is air-conditioned.
Additional meeting space: The Loft (25 people) and The Buckskin Room (20 people) are ideal for small break-out gatherings and casual hanging out.

Sleeping Accomodations
Our overnight accommodations can sleep over 100 guests. Most of our cabins have private bathrooms and showers, but there are a few more rustic options available as well.

Food Service & Kitchens
The Dining Room in the Main Lodge seats 100 people at round tables of six. Our on-site cooks can serve your group excellent quality food served family-style.
The Dining Hall is air conditioned and has amazing lake views and fireplace.
There are kitchenettes in most of the cabins. They can be available for store packaged food, and snacks
Things to do at Timber Bay Camp
We enjoy providing you, as a group leader, a rustic yet comfortable retreat setting for you to tailor your programming to meet the needs of your own group. We strive to offer activities that are not loud and noisy but are of low impact to the environment, relationally driven and consistent with our beautiful Minnesota northwoods.
Year Round Activities
- Hiking and mountain bike trails wind through over 360 acres of private trails (another 600 acres of public land are adjacent)
- Regulation size sand volleyball court (lighted)
- Half-court, hard surface basketball
- Large playing field available for football/soccer/softball and other games
- Horseshoes, softball, croquet, badminton and other yard games available
- 9-hole Frisbee golf course makes its way through the main camp area
- Northwood Hills Golf Course five minutes away
- Mountain boards (think skateboards for the woods)
- Down the road from launch fishing excursions on Mille Lacs Lake, Minnesota’s premier walleye lake
- Orienteering equipment available
